We are constantly striving to keep up with new and improved design and building techniques. We look to include new technologies that allow us to construct efficient homes; some of these ideas include off-site preparation of materials, new higher end products and design elements which allow us to reduce the traditional build time-frames. We also specialise in building only two and three bedroom homes, this it to ensure homes are kept at affordable prices.

Made Homes is passionate about delivering affordable housing to Kiwi families.
With increasing house prices, a competitive market where most of the homes have been sold by auctions, and overseas buyers and speculators have pushed home ownership out of reach for a lot of New Zealanders. We believe all Kiwi’s should have the opportunity to own their own home or rental property and we want to do our part to help this.
Because our design focus is around this it means that we can deliver the same product to the market with each development. Using economies of scale enables us to drive the price down and create a fantastic product that not only meets or exceeds all current building standards, but also in turn creates a low price for our end customers.

Jason Donnelly
Director
Jason has a proven track record and prides himself in the delivery of every project. With over $100 million dollars of real estate projects in the last five years, this has resulted in an amazing name and reputation of reliability. Jason believes in creating an honest and open environment with transparency with all parties involved, from our build partners right the way through to clients. Within Made Homes, Jason’s focus is across all aspects of the development process, from land acquisition to handing the keys over to new homeowners and investors.
Paul Macey
Director
Paul has been developing real estate for nearly a decade and has worked throughout the country, specifically focusing on providing affordable housing in Auckland and previously in Christchurch. Paul has delivered almost $100 million of properties in this time. Paul then works closely with our architects to develop a concept plan that meets our model. Prior to development, Paul was a Chartered structural engineer, which has provided him with in-depth knowledge to allow him to build homes more efficiently.
Peter Hardy
Chief Financial Officer
Peter brings 20+ years of CFO experience across financial services, retail and property development. He is excited about this next chapter for Made Homes and is keen to use his experience to assist first home buyers and investors into the market. Peter will oversee and manage the funding and financial processes for Made Homes, ensuring that we always deliver on our commercial responsibilities.
Nic Paterson
Director
Nic brings a wealth of business expertise and experience from his 22 years of owning his own retail business. Nic started his career and business from the ground up. He is a believer in establishing good business values and principles as well as maintaining long-lasting relationships and partnerships. He is passionate about New Zealand and seeing young couples, families and investors succeed. His focus and role with Made Homes will be to implement the values and principles which has seen his other businesses be so successful, as well as bringing strategic thinking to the business.
